All sales are final. Kongji Pottery is individually operated. All wares are fully handmade from start to finish and will inherently have slight variations in size, form, and color, unlike mass produced goods. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of damage upon receipt, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
