All items are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended for longevity. As with all ceramic ware, avoid any sudden and extreme temperature change to prevent damage.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 days after payment for your order to be processed and dropped off for shipping. Shipping costs are carrier generated and are based on package dimensions and weight.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

All sales are final. Kongji Pottery is individually operated. All wares are fully handmade from start to finish and will inherently have slight variations in size, form, and color, unlike mass produced goods. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of damage upon receipt, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
